President’s Report • Annual Survey Results: • 36 respondents to date • Prefer Thursday or Wednesday events • Happy Hour or Dinner • Scheduling and event location concerns • $25-50 event costs • Interest in additional salons on education philosophy, policy and developments • Majority would consider serving as new member “buddy” • Interest in serving on programs, membership and member engagement committees • Primary challenge: providing program opportunities across entire state

The total of dues for 2014 should be approximately $27,500 (100 members). • IWF dues are a base rate of $1,500 plus $80/member • Pip’s time was spent approximately 50% on events and 50% on administration and communication with members. • This number also includes general office expenses, miscellaneous expenses and IWF-OR pays for the registration and travel expenses for our president to attend the annual IWF conference. • Thanks to Karla Chambers for contributing wine for the 2013 Annual Meeting and to Elizabeth Chambers who contributed wine to the Holiday party!
