About Me • I graduated from Rockmart High School with honors • I was a varsity cheerleader throughout high school • Volunteering in my community means a lot to me • After completing my Interdisciplinary studies degree, I plan on furthering my education to pursue my Masters in Early Childhood Education.

  4. My Qualities • Efficient worker • Customer service • Team oriented • Active listener • Time management • Self motivated

  5. What makes me get out of bed in the morning • I believe that wanting to make the world a better place has always been a main reason for getting me out of bed in the morning. I believe that making others happy and putting their needs above your own can impact others lives in a very big way. • My sister, whom has cerebral palsy is a big reason as to why I care about others so much. Growing up I was always her caretaker and helper. I have seen her struggle very much, but she has never faltered in doing everything she sets her mind to.

  6. My Concentrations • Psychology • Education • History • These concentrations connect because psychology is a very important part of being in the education field. In order to understand your students, you must be able to understand the way their minds work and how their brain processes things. History connects because it is a very important and necessary subject that I will be teaching my future students.

  7. Why teaching? I have always felt like teaching was my calling growing up. I have always been a person who wants to help others, and teaching has come extremely naturally for me.
