  4. Recommended Targets • Limit temperature rise to 2 degrees centigrade • Cap GHG at 400 ppm in the atmosphere 383 ppm now---280 pre industrial • Emissions peak in 2015-2020 then decline • Promote Role of Biodiversity as Solution to Climate change
