  4. Incentive Criteria • Spontaneity : Did team members volunteer for tasks before PM asks to do it?(+1) • Attendance for fixed-period team meeting : Did team members attended all the meetings?(+1) • Punctuality : Did team members keep the deadline?(+1)

  5. Punishment Criteria • Never volunteered for any task.(-1) • Missed meeting more than twice.(-1) • Missed deadline.(-1)
