  2. Read the statement and then determine which quote best supports the statement as evidence.

  3. Statement:People who exercise live longer. • Quote 1: “The St. Joseph’s retirement home in Milton, Vermont, is home to 25 residents over the age of 100.” • Quote 2: “Recent studies have shown that heart attacks are mostly found in people who exercise less than three times per week”

  4. Statement: Meursault does not base his behavior on what may or may not happen to his soul after death; he has his own moral code that he follows based on what he feels is morally correct. Quote 1: “[To Raymond]…but if he doesn’t draw his knife, you can’t shoot.” Quote 2: “I had only a little time left and I didn't want to waste it on God.”
