Enhancing the Interdisciplinary Arts & Science Website for Better User Experience

This audit aims to transform the Interdisciplinary Arts & Science (IAS) website into a more intuitive, interactive, and user-friendly platform. We will identify stakeholders, analyze user demographics, and pinpoint current issues such as poor organization of information and outdated content. Our recommendations include improving navigation, updating sections like “What’s New”, enhancing faculty bios, and implementing features like a virtual campus tour and an FAQ section. Ultimately, we seek to create a site that engages users, supports prospective and current students, and feels responsive.
