What is a wiki? • A wiki ( /ˈwɪki/WIK-ee) is a website that allows the easycreation and editing of any number of interlinked web pages via a web browser using a simplified markup language or a WYSIWYG text editor.Wikis are typically powered by wiki software and are often used to create collaborative websites, to power community websites, for personal note taking, in corporate intranets, and in knowledge management systems. • Wikis may exist to serve a specific purpose, just as this wiki has been created to aid in the passing of the Alabama High School Graduation Exam. It focuses on the Reading section and is a collaboration of questions, answers and tips to passing the exam.

Tips on how to answer the qustions and how the test is designed (what the test writers may be looking for), is very important! These tips may assist you in knowing what is most important to study!
