  5. Workbook Settings • Refresh Workbook on Open • Refreshes all data sources in a workbook automatically, when the workbook is opened in Excel. • Pre-requisite: Analysis AddIn is activated. • Force Prompt on Initial Refresh • Brings up the prompt dialog on first refresh after opening the workbook, even if no mandatory prompts exist, or all prompts already have values • As Analysis Office supports only BW in its first release, prompts can be equated with BW variables in the first release • Store Prompts with Workbook • Prompt values are stored with the workbook. If the Force Prompt on Initial Refresh checkbox is not selected, users will not be prompted when refreshing the workbook, and stored prompt values will be used for selecting data.

When the maximum file size is exceeded, the log file is automatically copied into a file named SAPAdvancedAnalysisXLS_<timestamp>.log, and the actual log file is cleared. • The log file is NOT cleared when a new user session starts. • Log Level - Defines the level of information that is logged in the log file: • System Exceptions (from client or server, also displayed as user messages) • Error Messages (from client or server, also displayed as user messages) • Warning Messages (from client or server, also displayed as user messages) • Info Messages (from client or server, also displayed as user messages) • Debug Information: Developer Debug Information (from client, invisible to users) • Each level logs information from all lower levels; for example. level 5 (debug information) logs all kinds of exceptions, user messages, and code debug information
