This module provides an in-depth understanding of Human Resource Planning (HRP) processes. Students will learn how to define HRP, analyze internal workforce capabilities, forecast HR supply and demand, and manage HR surpluses or shortages. The role of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) in streamlining HRP will also be explored. By the end of this module, students will be equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary for effective human resource management in the context of strategic planning and organizational success.
