Huntington Standard Model Franchise : • Standard Model Franchise • The total investment necessary to open a Huntington Learning Center starts at approximately $121,000. • The total investment includes: • Franchise fee is $14,500 • Royalty 9.5% • Ad Fund fee 2% • Financial requirements: • Net worth $150,000 • Liquid assets $50,000 • *Expanded franchise package still available for a total investment of $192,950 - $437,750 with an 8% royalty. Low start-up cost!

Huntington Standard Model Franchise : • Facilities: • 1200-1400 sq ft. of retail space • First floor, walk in • Close to one anchor tenant, such as a major • supermarket • High traffic or high visibility area • Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, • 9:30am – 8:30pm; Saturday, 9:00am – 3:00pm • Staffing: • Center Director, typically the franchise owner • Assistant Director or Office Manager • Part–Time Teachers

Operator Profile: • The profile of the ideal Huntington franchisee is: • Business or corporate background • Involved in their local community • Understands the importance of continued marketing • Team builder • Enjoys working with like-minded professionals • Active participant in their HLC franchise • Bachelor’s degree or higher • Passion for children and education

  7. Huntington Resale Program : • Huntington has numerous resale opportunities available throughout the country. We’ve developed a Huntington Resale Program for franchisees looking to sell for less than $25,000. • ~~~ • If a franchisee sells for less than $25,000, we waive all franchise agreement transfer fees, except for a reduced franchise fee of $10,000.

Sales Process for New and Resales • Broker or consultant refers qualified prospect to the Franchise Development team via franchise@hlcmail.com or 1-800-653-8400 • Phone Presentation #1 with prospect • Phone Presentation #2 with prospect • FDD disclosed to prospect • Prospect attends Team Huntington Day (Discovery Day) at the corporate • headquarters in Oradell, NJ • If approved after THD, validation is arranged with existing franchisees • Prospect sends a Request for Franchise Agreement • Contract signed by prospect • Referral paid immediately after execution of franchise agreement
