  3. The Origin of the Name ‘AcademyOne’ The term 'Academy' is often used to describe education as a whole. Adding the 'One' to the term 'Academy' implies a shared and managed enterprise designed to support the education pipeline connecting, collaborating, sharing and facilitating pathways to knowledge and credentials.

  4. How is AcademyOne Reshaping Higher Education with Technology? AcademyOne is Leveraging the Internet to Enable New Forms of Academic Collaboration

  5. Why Bridge Academic Partnerships? The 21st century learners are crossing traditional institutional boundaries, academic policies and practices in unprecedented numbers. Do you employ smart student systems enabled to handle learner transitions across degree pathways? AcademyOne automates bridges between institutions and government data systems to support learner centric solutions by enabling improved guidance, advising, assessment and enrollment to transfer pathways. We make student systems smarter.

  6. What does Cloud Computing Mean? Generally, it means automation services are moving to shared platforms, which are enabled by virtualized servers that can scale on-demand and serve our computer devices. It also means lower the cost of computing, pay for use and not for the extra capacity you may never need. AcademyOne is working with leading higher education institutions and stakeholders on a variety of initiatives focused on creating, deploying, leveraging and growing a base of cloud services.

  7. Higher Education Cloud Computing?

  8. What are the Benefits of Migrating to the Cloud? Cloud services offer institutions, faculty, students and administrators more computing power and functionality at the time they need to reduce costs and find ways to maximize resources to improve capacity and degree completion. Cloud computing offers scalability and lowers the cost of sustainability. The best thing about reducing the footprint of on-premise systems is reducing the responsibility to manage servers and applications. It allows organizations to focus energies on core competencies.
