This study investigates the gene expression profiles in various subtypes of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), focusing on hyperdiploid cases with >50 chromosomes and specific genetic translocations such as E2A-PBX1 and TEL-AML1. Utilizing a sample of 327 cases, we identify key genes associated with diagnosis, relapse, and prognosis. Our findings highlight the heterogeneity of ALL and propose a framework for understanding gene-based distinctions among subtypes, which may aid in the development of targeted therapies and better outcomes for patients.
