  6. Blue Book • ARF has retained Ciaran Kennelly to help position & prepare Emerging Countries and their major races for potential promotion • 3 Qatar races promoted the Part II International cataloging standards (“the Blue Book”)

  7. Asian Studbook Conference Japan and India – joint chairs of ASBC since 1993 ASBC meets during each Asian Racing Conference With assistance from India and Japan, Oman has developed its first studbook Number of member countries of ASBC is now 15 7

  8. Mongolia • The horse has a time-honoured place in Mongolian history and society • 2010 ARF Associate Membership • ARF project to assist Federation of Mongolian Horse Racing Sport and Trainers transition to Full Membership
