TGIC Powder Coating is a new all in one coating developed by Concrete and Reinforcing Institute, a non-profit organization. This innovative product is a unique solution to concrete cracking. TGIC is designed to deal with those scenarios where the hardening process of concrete does not result in a strong, resistant barrier. When the concrete starts to crack or break, some cracks and holes may form due to expansion and contraction during the concrete formation process. As the concrete forms it becomes more rigid and cannot endure as much stress. In such scenarios the cracks may develop into spaces which make the concrete cracks propagate and spread. This eventually leads to cracks on the outside of the structure, which results in its cracking. The cracks on the outside, if not sealed and covered by TGIC, may cause holes and cracks.
