  1. HowTo:Decorate YourSmoothie with a… KIWI

  2. You will need: • 1 Kiwi • Peeler • Knife • Cutting board

  3. Wash the Kiwi

  4. Peel the brown skin in horizontal strips over a trash can until all the skin is off

  5. Place the kiwion the cutting board and use the knife to slice the kiwi across its wider center into thin rounds

  6. Cut a small slit halfway inwards toward the whiter center of the kiwi round

  7. Place the kiwi round onthe smoothie cup by putting the cup through the slit
