Mundy Creek Implementation • Excavation complete for loop channel. • LWD placement on loop channel complete. • Riparian planting on north leg of channel loop (primarily hardhack and salmonberry) complete. • Excavation of the channel extension has been initiated but not complete pending approvalfrom the utilities and regulatory agencies. • Hydraulic connection anticipated for summer 2010.

  11. Mundy Creek - Implementation Excavation has been undertaken to ensure the channel and banks are roughly textured leaving a high proportion of overlying organic soil in place to provide an organic growing medium for plants.

  12. Mundy Creek – LWD Placement Wood debris placement along north arm of channel looking west.

  13. Mundy Creek Implementation: Complexing Tree stem anchoring. Cable attached to eye cemented in to buried boulder
