Who We Are CAAP – Carver Altgeld Alumni Project – is a new not-for profit community service organization incorporated by the State of Illinois in December 2012. CAAP is comprised of alumni from Carver High School, current & former residents of the Altgeld Murray Homes – aka Altgeld Gardens. CAAP’s focus is KIDS – challenging the next generation to reach for the stars!
