  3. ZEYSAN • Zeysan is founded in Ayvalık-Turkey in 1986. The family oil business as well as the olive groves for the last four generations (since 1940’s). • Despite the traditionalism, it is the first modern production facility wih continous system in the region. • The facility is equipped with the up-to date Italian machinery, PIERALISI (Continuous system). • Zeysan is one of the few leading factories in Ayvalık region with the Turkish Standard Institute (TSE) Certificate.

ZEYSAN • All the products are produced apt to Turkish Nutriement Codex & International Codex Alimentariusand with the permission of Agricultural Ministry dated 09.09.2002. • Zeysan Manufacturing Facility has been certified by: • ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management System • ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System

ZEYSAN • Production capacity is approx. 1.700 tons olive oil per year. • The production comes from the olive oil trees owned by the family. • Excellent quality and taste due to the continous control and care throuhgout the year. • Olives pressed within max. 24 hours after the manual harvest • Olive oil preserved in air conditioned warehouses • Certificate of Analysis available upon request, from International Olive Oil Council agreed Labratory

  6. Ayvada - Variety Ayvada Olive Oil has three varieties: • First Press (max. 0.5 acidity) • Extra Virgin (max. 0.8 acidity) • Riviera (max. 0.1 acidity)

Ayvada - Variants • Ayvada First Press (Max. 0.5 acidity) Specifically produced for those who desire to smell and taste extensively olive in the olive oil. • Ayvada Extra Virgin (Max. 0.8 acidity) Specifically produced by pressing the olives, harvested manuelly and freshly from its branches. • Ayvada Riviera (Max. 0.1 acidity) Pure and natural olive oil produced by the family which runs olive oil business, for the last four generations, in their own facility with the olives harvested from their own olive groves. Natural Virgin Olive Oil is mixed with the  Refined Olive Oil.

Ayvada - Packaging Ayvada Olive Oil has three different packaging forms in all three variants: • First Press available in 500 ml bottle and 5 kg can • Extra Virgin in 250ml & 500 ml bottle and 5 kg can • Riviera available in 250ml & 500 ml bottle and 5 kg can Ayvada Olive Oil has a very selective and attractive packaging
