  4. TASK A: INFORMATION LEAFLET a) While delivering training and imparting education among individuals, a trainer has to play number of roles and responsibilities. Here, a trainer has the role to assess the learning needs of people to whom it will give training. Thus, in order to perform the same, following steps can be used by trainer:  Assessing the learning needs: Individual’s learning needs vary as per the situation or condition. For example, a person who has suffered from the condition like Dyslexia has different learning need. It is because that it is the person who is facing trouble during reading and writing the words (Halford, Markman and Stanley, 2008). Likewise, Dyscalculia suffered people faces problem in learning arithmetic or numbers. Thus, these people have learning need related to identify numbers properly. For that they require a person who can easily teach them numbers.  Planning for the learning: In the next step, trainer will plan training activity as per the different types of learners. For instance: with an aim to learn the Dyscalculia suffered people, trainer can use continuous revision type of technique. Furthermore, Dyscalculia learning aids can also be used such as block games and Bingo games etc. In this regard, trainer can make the continuous revision of numbers which he or she is teaching to the learner.  Delivering the learning: Here, in the given step, trainer will give training as per the plans.  Assessing the learning: Here, in this phase, trainer will assess that whether Dyscalculia people have learned the specific series of numbers which he or she is teaching to them.  Evaluating the learning: Finally, in the last step, trainer will evaluate the effectiveness of methods that are related to continuous revision (Carpenter and Dickinson, 2014). These given steps will impact learning in a positive way. This is because, by using given phase, the specific learning need of person can be identified. Hence, it will enable teacher to prepare an effective plan for the learner. 5. b) With an aim to get positive result from teaching, trainer has to work with number of people. For example: while giving training to Dyscalculia people, trainer has to communicate with other professionals such as experienced teacher and doctor who have dealt with such persons. Here, with the help of these people, trainer can learn the technique of delivering proper training to Dyscalculia people. Furthermore, on the basis of communicating with these professionals, it can plan its training activity effectively (Ozga, Seddon and Popkewitz, 2013). c) Trainer has to face different professional boundaries while giving training to the learner. One of the most common boundaries is not to perform work beyond the activities written on person's job description. Dyscalculia suffered people not only faces the problem in recognizing number, but they also have problem of retrieving the name or face of individual. In this condition, if trainer has responsibility to give training regarding number identification to these individuals, then in this circumstance, it cannot give them face and name retrieval training too. It is because that this is the work which needs to be done by some other person who has expertise in the same (Edwards, Sieminski and Zeldin, 2014). The position which trainer holds in an organization also works as a boundary. For instance: if, a trainer is working on a lower level position then, in this situation, it cannot directly communicate with the other stakeholders like parents and doctors etc who are associated with the learner. d) The role which is being played by the trainer during the process of giving training to the learner is impacted through the number of legislations and regulations. For example:Equality act 2010 states that individual must not discriminate on the basis of age, caste and gender etc. This thing applies to the education field also. Due to this, trainer cannot discriminate its trainees on any ground (Cropley and et.al., 2014). But, if trainer does any kind of discrimination then, government can take significant action towards the same. Likewise, Education act 1996 depicts that teacher must not put pressure upon its students while delivering education. Thus, the given act sets the role of trainer and guides them towards the right direction. 6. TASK B: REFLECTIVE ACCOUNT a) Being a trainer, it is very important for me that I must show respect towards others and should behave appropriately. This is because, if I will not comply with all these given things at that time of rendering training then, it will become difficult for me with regard to gain the trust of trainees to whom I am giving training. In this context, it has been seen that through an appropriate behavior, trainer can indulge trainees in number of activities. Thus, by complying this at time of performing training activity, I can teach varied things to my trainees. In accordance with the given context, I have set different types of ground rules which I follows while delivering training. My first ground rule is not to discriminate individuals on the ground of caste, age and gender. Furthermore, my second ground rule is to safeguard people from an ineffective activity such as teasing that happens within institution. Moreover, I have also set some boundaries for myself that make me in line with my professional path. I have also set a standard that I will not reveal any personal information of my trainee to any person. Thus, through this way only, I can promote respect for others at the workplace. b) I comply with number of principles for the purpose to promote equality and value diversity. I will not perform any kind of discrimination between my trainees. Here, I will treat each of my trainee with utmost love and respect. Furthermore, I do not feel any kind of hesitation in taking suggestions from the trainees regarding my way of teaching. I also give respect to the views and opinions of my trainees. Moreover, with an aim to promote equality, I also use the inclusivity related principles. In this context, I will ask other trainer regarding their preferred learning style. Thus, as per the given feedback, I will perform significant changes in my training module. For example: if majority of trainees have said that they prefer to learn things visually. Then, in the given circumstance, I will use the means like presentation. c) From the leaflet section, I have analyzed that for the trainer, it is very essential that it should assess and meet the needs of their learners. This is because, each individual’s needs varies from one another. Here, by assessing the specific need of learner, trainer can mold its training TOLL-FREE NO: +61 879057034 EMAIL: help@assignmentprime.com WHATSAPP NO: +61 424715655 WEBSITE: http://www.assignmentprime.com ASSIGNMENT HELP & WRITING SERVICE AUSTRALIA

  7. programs in an effective way. Furthermore, on the basis of learner’s need, trainer can make different decisions such as whether it should use technical terms in training and it should use some aids like presentation in order to make learning activity more creative and effective. d) I will use different techniques for the purpose to make learning environment safe and supportive. Here, with an aim to build supportive working environment, I will make my efforts in terms of building relationship between students who are completely unknown to each other. For this purpose, I will organize different classrooms activities and games. This will form interaction between students and thus, make them comfortable with the area or environment where they are going to learn. In addition to this, I will also use varied non-verbal communication methods during the training. Further, I will teach students with smile and other happy postures. Through this way, I will establish my bond with the respective trainees.
