  4. Swimmer Eligibility • No Phillips 66 National cuts prior to June 3 • Phillips 66 National cuts after June 3 must scratch that event and cannot swim that stroke/distance on a relay

  5. Conduct of the Meet • 660 swimmers • USA Swimming Rules • No recording devices in locker rooms • No deck changing • No tape • DQs see the event DR • See me with any suit exceptions and disability accommodations • Juries • 50’s will start from the far end of the pool

Conduct of the Meet • THURSDAY/MORNING PRELIMINARIES • Fly overs • Announcing results between events if scrolling or during events • SWIM OFFS • Ties for 8/9, 16/17, 24/25, 25/26 must be resolved in prelims • Other ties need to confirm no swim offs before departing the pool • FINALS • Finals heats will swim C then B then A. • A Finalists and fastest heats of 1500/800 are invited to Race Ready 5 minutes prior to the event for parading. • C Finalists will be announced in the water, B behind the blocks, A paraded and introduced. • Alternates must report to starting area before C Final. • Awards for A Finalists immediately following conclusion of the event. Coach of winning swimmer may report immediately to distribute medals.

Conduct of the Meet • DISTANCE FREES • Positive check in for tonight’s events closes 15 minutes after this meeting • Positive check in for Sunday’s events closes at 5:30 PM on Saturday night • AM option if noted on check in sheet • Top 8 with finals • Other heats expected to start about 2:00 pre-scratch • RELAYS • Top two heats in finals on Friday and Sunday • FOR SUNDAY ONLY-- AM option if requested at Admin • Morning relay cards 10:30 AM. Evening relay cards 6:30 PM.

Admin Procedures • National Scratch Rule is in effect • Scratch deadline 5:30 PM • Declared False Starts for prelims may be given to Admin Referee or CJ prior to the start of the heat • Scratch from finals with Admin Ref within 30 minutes of results announcement • DFSs not an option for finals • No Show Penalties • From prelims, out for rest of the day • From finals, out of the rest of the meet • Records– FINA Junior World Records and Masters records

Time Trials • About 15 minutes after each preliminary session (Thursday exception) • Relay only swimmers may swim TTs • Sign ups on deck at Clerk of Course 8:00-10:00 (Thursday 4:00 - 5:30) • Swimmers limited to three individual events per day and two TTs for the meet • $15 per individual event, $30 per relay • 50 Free first on Saturday • Distance (800/1500) Friday ONLY • Swimmers may need to provide own timers

  10. Warm Up Procedures • Pool opens at 7:00 and closes 30 minutes after the evening session concludes • Last hour of warm ups reserved for swimmers in the session • No equipment in the competition pool • 6 lanes in the dive well available throughout
