PAGE 2 OF 15 • Adani EnergySolutionshas recently acquired an INR 2,800 croretransmission project in Gujarat.This investment will bemadeforsetting up greenhydrogen and green ammonia manufacturing units.They are going to be a partof the Adani renewable energy project in Mundra. This project includes a 75km 765 kV double-circuit line. This will enhance AESL’s transmission infrastructure.It will also add tothe company’s existing capacity.The recent project will alsoput a stopperto the controversies ofAdani JPC probe.

Adani Group Secures New Transmission Project At Mundra In Gujarat: • Adani Energy Solutions Limited, which happens to be the energy wing of Adani Enterprises Limited, has recently secured a power transmission project in Gujarat. This project will facilitate the supply of green electrons for green hydrogen and green ammonia production in Mundra, Gujarat. This project is currently valued at INR 2,800 crore. The project has a completion timeline of 36 months. Once this project achieves completion, it will take the Adani Group’s business to new heights. The global business group will also not have to deal with the constant allegations related to the Adani JPC investigation.

PAGE 4 OF 15 Why Did The Adani Group Take Up The Initiative To Build A Transmission Line In Gujarat? • A recent initiative has been taken to build an elaborate transmission system to trigger green hydrogen and ammonia manufacturing potential in Mundra, Gujarat. It also compasses the enhancement of the Navinal electrical substation. This will be done through the installation of two 765/400 kV transformers. The scope of the project involves constructing a 75 kV 765 km transmission line. This transmission line will be connected to the Bhuj substation. The development will help enhance the transmission infrastructure in the country.

  5. The project will add an additional 750 ckm of transmission lines. It will also enhance the company’s transformation capacity by 3,000 MVA. This will bring the total value to 25,928 ckm and 87,186 MV. The Adani Group was awarded the project through the Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding process with PFC Consulting Limited as coordinator. The company then transferred its SPV to AESL on 20th March 2025. This marks AESL’s 6th project acquisition in the current physical year. It has further allowed the company to elevate its order book to INR 57,561 crore.
