  1. NAVI MUMBAI AIRPORT SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES ITS Trial Landing

  2. The runway of the Navi Mumbai Airport which is one of the biggest airport projects to have been undertaken by the Adani Group has been tested successfully. This much-anticipated runway trial was conducted on 11th October. This marks a significant milestone for the Adani Group’s airport business. It will also take Adani Airlines one step closer towards becoming one of the biggest airport operators in the country. The construction of the airport began in 2021. It is also the first greenfield airport to have been constructed by the Adani Group.

  3. THE TRIAL LANDING OF THE NAVI MUMBAI AIRPORT RUNWAY: The Navi Mumbai Airport Runway has been successfully tested for operations. The event was held in the presence of Chief Minister EknathShinde and Deputy Chief Minister DevendraFadnavis. The event witnessed anIndian Air Force C-295 aircraft which is a multi-role tactical airlifter land smoothly on the runway. This is a huge achievement for the Adani Group in the airport sector. The aircraft also received the ceremonial water cannon salute as a part of this event. This was an extremely incredible moment for Adani Airlines as well as for the country’s airport sector. The Sukhoi-30 fighter jet also completed the successful take-off during the event. This again added to the grandeur of the occasion.

  4. The Navi Mumbai Airport construction project is now nearing its final stages. This successful trial also marks a significant step towards making one of the key airports operational. The airport is expected to begin regular passenger services by March 2025. The Adani Group is also trying its best towards ensuring that the project gets completed before the schedule. The Chief Minister has commended the CIDCO for its extraordinary work on the project. He also congratulated the entire team for their dedication.

The Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis also expressed his optimism on the project. He said that the airport would transform the entire region once it becomes operational. It will also be handling around 90 million passengers.
