    4. Searching This screen will enable you to search for a specific site. There are many different search filters that you can use to narrow down your options and find the site that you are looking for. The setup below depicts the filters that are most commonly used to search for a site.

    7. General Information

    8. Contact List The contact list contains all of the users that have been provided to Interface who have some form of access to the site. This list does not display who or in what order we will notify in the event of an alarm. That is managed by the Call List.

    12. Adding a Contact Once you have added the contact, you may want to add a phone number to their entry in order for them to receive calls on alarm events. To do so, select the right facing triangle next to their name and their entry will expand.

    19. Activity Log

    20. Activity Log If you want to view activity from a date that is not displayed, you can apply a filter to show you a specific days activity. Select Advanced at the top of the screen and the box displayed below will pop up. You can select the Calendar Icon to select your From and To days and select search. Notice that when you apply the date filter, more data is displayed. There are other features within the search, but the most used one is the date search. By default, the data is displayed in Descending order, with the most recent activity first.

    24. Running Reports In the pop up box that follows, you can enter in your search criteria. For this example, we will look for All Activity. You can however, narrow it down to just Open/Close activity, alarm activity, etc. Select your date range and click Display Now. This will display a PDF version of your report. You can also email the report by using the Email Report section that is under the Display Now button. Once you click Display Now and the report is ready, you will get a box prompting you your report is ready to view.

    29. Running Reports Customer Master File

    30. Running Reports Customer Master File In the Advanced section you can select certain pieces of account information by clicking the Select None option under the Sub-Reports to Include box. Then you can select only the options you want to display on your report. You must De-select all entries under Contact List Types and Monitoring Status, and then reselect the options you want. Most customers will want to view their Contact List and Call List information for their Active accounts. To do this, you will need to select only Entity Contact List Details and Call Lists from the Sub-Reports to Include box. Under Contact List Types you will want to unselect all options EXCEPT for Customer and Person. For Monitoring Status, you will want to unselect all options EXCEPT Active.

    33. Running Reports If your report comes out blank, then try applying a different filter or date range. If you are still unsuccessful, then go back to the activity log to make sure that your account has the activity you are looking for. If you are still unsuccessful, then you can contact Data Entry at 1-866-701-4441 for assistance; or email techdata@interfacesys.com. Please note that there is no connectivity from Bold Net to the actual alarm panel. If you add/update/delect a contact that has a code assigned to them, you will still need to contact Data Entry via email and advise of the change that you made, including the persons name and code. We will then attempt to connect remotely to the panel to add/update/delete the code.
