Mgr. = 1.0 Security Consultant = 2.0 Help Desk Level I = 0.75 Level II = 1.15 What is the man hour CCRP point rate system?For each man hour resource points are assigned as follows:

(cont.) • An examples: • Company “A” invests $30,000; receives 300 points. • Need the following resources • Technical Account Mgr for 50 man hours • 50 x 1.0 = 50 points used • DBA with SQL skills for 35 hours • 35 x 2.15 = 75.25 points • Project Manager for 70 man hours • 70 x 2.0 = 140 points • Points used 140+75.25+ 50 = 265.25 • Available points = 300–265.25 = 34.75

How are resource available upon request? • CHANDE has a pool of talented resources available to our customer base • Engineers/Programmers/Staff employees are leveraged from other accounts • Each resource can only be share with 2 or 3 accounts • Unless opportunity justifies for dedicated resources
