  1. 1I will honor my commitment to serve I will show this commitment by being faithful in my assignments. I will show this by my preparation before class, my arrival time at class, and my support of my fellow team members. 2 I will live what I teach I accept the truth that I cannot give what I don’t have. To teach others how to love God, I must love God. I will be careful in how I live and act outside of Sabbath School. 3 I will value every team member My valuing of every team member is shown by my ability to work together as a team, by my ability to disagree without being disagreeable, by how I interact with others…even when things are going against my plans. 4 I am committed to ongoing improvement Stagnation is never a quality to desire. I will be intentional in my growth and determination to use and develop the best of my talents for the service of God. Being average will never be acceptable.
