Protect People around beam areas by limiting their intensity Declare the North Area SAFE or UNSAFE North Area is SAFE if all beams are SAFE North Area is UNSAFE if one beam is Not SAFE (cut SPS extraction) A Beam is SAFE if : Current in BENDS is limited (= beam energy limited) OR Elements on beam are in a position which limit its intensity (Tax, micro-collimator.....)
