  4. 考试问题 1、选择题、基本操作题（文件和文件夹）总体良好。 2、文字录入：全角半角符号、中英文标点、是否对齐等问题。 200 ２００ 　　全角占两个字节，即一个汉字大小，半角占一个字节。 　　切换：单击输入法状态条相应按钮

  5. 考试问题（续） 　　或者使用快捷键： 　　全角半角切换：Shift+空格 中英文符号区别：逗号、冒号、感叹号等均有区别，句号、引号区别最大，英文没有顿号。 　　英文符号占一个字节大小。

  6. 考试问题（续） 中英文切换： 单击输入法状态条相应按钮或使用快捷键： Ctrl+>或Ctrl+. 　　文件和文件夹的命名规则针对英文标点而非中文标点（Ｐ88） 　　文字录入是否对齐：由于不对齐而失分最可惜，通过判断颜色来确定。

  7. 考试问题（续） 　　３、文字处理 　　很多同学无法理解“在正文后建一个6×4表格，左上角第一格加斜线。” 部分同学表格在正文中“乱跑”，恢复办法：拖动“位置句柄”（P164）将表格移动到新的位置。单击“位置句柄”还具有全选整个表格功能。
