  1. It's clear that the future of senior living is bright and that the addition of technology and innovation will make things more fun and interesting. Senior living communities all over are doing this and creating new experiences for their residents by taking advantage of newer technologies like virtual reality and artificial intelligence. - Virtual Reality: Older adults are looking for new ways to welcome their new life. VR offers them the chance to see the world they were once fascinated by, either through walking on an Alpine trail or swimming with dolphins in their own time. - Artificial Intelligence: AI is also present in the retirement community of the future. Robots that are used for companionship are being seen everywhere, from shopping malls to hospitals. These robots offer company, empathy, and solutions for homecare beds everyday tasks that might be difficult for seniors who have mobility issues or memory problems. Retirement has gone through a lot of changes over the years. The retirement of tomorrow is to be a place where you will know your neighbours, have easy access to healthcare & other amenities. You will be able to live an active, healthy life after retirement. Senior living is a sector that is experiencing rapid growth and will continue to do so. With increasing life expectancy and increasing population of seniors, there will be increased needs for senior living. One of the biggest challenges the sector faces is how to meet this increasing demand while adhering to strict regulations and restrictions. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, in 2018, there are about 2.2 million Americans aged 65 or older who live alone in their homes without any assistance in taking care of themselves. These seniors could face several life- threatening challenges when it comes to their mental and physical health. Fortunately, many organizations are taking action to help these seniors maintain their independence for longer periods of time by providing small-home senior living services. This article will explore how this service could evolve in 2022 and beyond with the use of artificial intelligence (AI). A recent study conducted by Stanford University suggests that AI can identify people with dementia based on brain scans four years before they start showing symptoms that typically lead to a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. This can allow physicians to intervene
