CPW Learning Intentions - Today, I am going to address these College Readiness Standards in English: Sentence Structure and Formation 13-15 Sentence Structure and Formation 16-19 Topic Development in Terms of Purpose and Focus 16-19 Word Choice in Terms of Style, Tone, Clarity, and Economy 13-15 Word Choice in Terms of Style, Tone, Clarity, and Economy 16-19 SQUADS #2 “10th Grade English” Success Criteria –I will know I am successful if I know that two independent clauses need to be joined by a comma and conjunction, or, in some instances, a semi-colon.
