The Valparaiso Chain of Lakes Watershed Group, in partnership with the Woodland Savanna Land Conservancy and the Porter County Izaak Walton League, invites everyone to Naturepalooza 2014! Enjoy nature hikes led by botanists Sandy O'Brien and Gary Merrill, witness a beekeeping demonstration, and participate in macroinvertebrate collection stations. Families can enjoy free fishing for kids, face painting, crafts, and a children’s nature hike. Don't forget to bring a side dish or dessert for our potluck! Join us on June 21, 2014, from 10 AM to 3 PM at Swarner Nature Preserve.
