The evolution • 1999: going solo • First major training project for Crisis Centre of Foreign Affairs: 200 people trained • 2000: first project as a subcontractor client is Sabena, 200 people trained • 2003: Setting up Crescere • NLP program for leaders in both • Public services and private companies • Association with 3 other trainers • Apart from Orishàs • 4th class of 1st year • 1st class of 2nd year • 1 year = 24 days of training • 2000 – june 2006: 25 % to 75 % of revenu comes from subcontracting

The results • June – December 2006: • 4 new clients: 1 failure, 3 successes • Renewed interests with existing clients. • Chiffre d’affaires + 30% • Profit: € 50.000 • Personal income + 60% • January 2007 onwards • Opening to training on new subjects with existing clients • 2 new clients • 3 new prospects • Half time bilangual employee trainer since January • Full time French speaking free lance trainer started in March • Perspectives: • Half time secretary in August • Full time bilangual employee trainer in August • Training a trilangual back up trainer April • Marketing strategy April • Aim: chiffre d’affaires + 60%
