This study explores the effects of IL-17A and IL-22 on gene expression through the RV-GFP system in various AhR knockout and wild-type models. Using advanced fluorescence techniques, we analyze the impact of these cytokines on CYP1A1 expression and other related genes. Results reveal differential mRNA expression patterns across different conditions, suggesting the involvement of AhR in mediating IL-17A and IL-22 signaling pathways. This research may provide insight into therapeutic targets for inflammatory diseases.
