Admit Weekend/Club Fair • April 26th-April 27th, Admit Weekend • Friday, April 26th, Club Fair, Set-Up is at 4:00 • Please plan on having at least one club representative there • Great Opportunity to make first impression on incoming students and show case what Marshall has to offer • Remember: Many of these students are still deciding if they want to come to Marshall or not • Look for additional updates from the Ambassador Committee • Additional Questions?: Contact Vanessa Wong or Drew Tse Admit Weekend/Club Fair | 3

Club Booklet • Remember that booklet you received that had all the clubs and their respective mission statements in it?—That’s This! • Include Club Mission Statement, Officers, Major Events etc. • How do I submit my ONE page statement?! GOOD Question! • I’ve uploaded the 2012-2013 Club Booklet in the Presidents Drop-Box Folder under the folder, 2012-2013 Club Booklet—go in there and make the necessary changes to your clubs page and then RE-SAVE it in the new 2013-2014 Club Booklet folder • May 16th is the deadline to submit Club Booklet | 4

RDOF/Pre-Orientation Events • Introduction to Class of 2014 and other 2015ers, plus highlights of LA • Non Binding and not an Official School Event • Free or Low Cost Events • Examples of Past Events: Bowling, Hiking, Beach Day, Karaoke and Bus Tour • Sponsorship of these events provides a great way to get an early introduction to your club! • Possible dates for RDOF are TBD (Depends on orientation events) RDOF/Pre-Orientation Events | 6

BAT Cave • What is the BAT Cave?! • Where is it?! • How do I Get in?! • Keep it Clean • If you haven’t been up there—clean out your space with the outgoing president—make sure it’s neat and organized and throw away anything you’re not using anymore • It’s a storage facility NOT a study room—Please no Studying in there BAT Cave | 8

Mixers • Every Other Wednesday • CLUB FAIR is the Kick-Off, on August 31st • Good Opportunity to Cross Promote with Up-Coming Club Events • Industry Nights, Networking Events, Speaker Panels • Sign-Up’s will be done through a Google Doc Made Available to all Club Presidents--First Come, First Serve • $400 Reimbursement for FOOD Mixers | 10
