Activités • Convention • Présidents et les Dirigeants nationaux. • Directeurs techniques et sportifs nationaux. • Entraineurs nationaux ,du haut niveau sportif national. • Séminaires de formation, d’échanges et de réflexions: • Des Professeurs, Entraineurs et Formateurs nationaux. • Des Professeurs, Entraineurs et Formateurs de club. • Des Instructeurs nationaux du Corps arbitral. • Des Arbitres nationaux, continentaux, mondiaux. • Camp de perfectionnement et d’entrainement: • Athlètes de haut-niveau Combat, Expression technique en Duo et Combat ne Waza. • Pratiquants de Jujitsu et de la Self-défense.

Activity 1- Convention • Presidents and national leaders. • Technical directors and national athletes. • National coaches, national sports high. 2- Training seminars, exchanges and reflections: • the teachers, coaches and national trainers. • Professors, coaches and trainers from club. • National instructors of the refereeing Corps. • Referee national, continental, mondial 3- Development and training camp: • People high-performance Combat, technical Expression in Duo Athletes and Combat ne Waza. • Practitioners of Jujitsu and the Self-defense.

5. Planification • 20 aout: Arrivée des participants pour le stage de formation des Arbitres. • 21 au 24 aout: Séminaire de formation des Arbitres (théorique et pratique). • Trois niveaux de formation et de tests, seront proposés (national, continental et mondial). • 21 et 22 aout: Arrivée des combattants de l’Union Africaine pour disputer les Championnats d’Afrique. • 23 aout: Championnats d’Afrique (trois épreuves). • 22 et 23 aout: Arrivée des délégations et combattants participants au 1° Tournoi open international de Jujitsu, organisé en Afrique.

6. Planning • 20 august: arrival of participants for the education seminar for Referees. • 21-24 august: International education seminar for Referees (theoretical part and practice). • Three levels of education (national, continental and World). Will be proposed with final théoretical and practical tests. • 21-22 august: Arrival of fighters of the African Union for the African championships. • 23 august: African Jujitsu championships (three sporting competitions will be proposed). • 22-23 august: Arrival of delegations and participants for the 1° International Open Jujitsu tournament organized in Africa.

7. Planification suite • 22, 23 ou 24 aout: Arrivée des participants: • A la première Convention internationale de la JJIF. • Au séminaire d’échanges et de formation continue des Entraineurs • Détection et recrutement de Formateurs et Entraineurs, de personnes ressources pour assurer des missions internationales. • Séminaire et Camp sportif, de perfectionnement technique et d’entrainement (Combat, Expression technique en duo, Combat ne waza, Self défense. • 24 aout: 1° Tournoi open international de Jujitsu, organisé en Afrique. (Juniors/Seniors).

8. Planning (continuation) • 22, 23 or 24 august: Arrival of participants: • For the first International Convention of the JJIF. • For exchange and education seminar for coaches (detection and recruitment) and composition of resource group of profile coaches to fulfil international missions led by the JJIF. • For the seminar is open to all professors, national coaches and all professors and coach clubs of the national Federations members of the JJIF. • For the seminar and training camp aimed for technical improvement and trainings (Fighting, technical Expression in duo, fights ne waza et practice Self defense. • 24 august: First open tournament international Jujitsu, Juniors/Seniors organized in Africa.

9. Planification suite • 25 au 28 aout: Séminaire et Camp sportif. • 25 au 28 aout: Firts Convention internationale de la JJIF. Les participants aux évènements et aux activités qui se dérouleront du 21 au 24 aout, pourront si, ils ne souhaitent pas participer aux évènements suivants, programmer leurs départs à partir du 25 aout 2014. • 29 et 30 aout 2014: Départ de l’ensemble des différents participants.

10. Planning (continuation) • 25-28 August: Seminar and international training camp. • 25-28 August: First International Convention of the JJIF. • The participants of the events and activities from 21 to 24 august 2014, will be able (if they don’t wish ti participate in the following events) to plan their departure starting from 25 august 2014. • 29 and 30 august 2014: departure of participants

11. Modalités d’Inscriptions • La participation financière, étant fixée à partir d’un prix de journée, par personne. Les participants pourront choisir librement les périodes qui conviennent, en fonction de leur disponibilité personnelle et professionnelle, ainsi que de leurs centres d’intérêt pour les évènements et activités proposés. • Les participants auront la possibilité d’inviter leurs proches et leurs amis • Des invités VIP recevront des invitations du Président de la JJIF.

12. Conditions of registration • Financial participation, will be a price fixed per day so that the participants will be able to choose the periods that suite them according their personal and professional availabilities as well as their interests for the proposed activities. • This Convention and Training camp is open, beyond the participants of various organized events: • To accompanying persons of the participants wishing to invite their family and friends. • To VIP invitees who will receive an invitation from the President of JJIF.

13. Prix des séjours • Séjour, hébergement, PDJ, Déjeuner, Diner. • En chambre double (2 personnes), en pension complète, 75 € par jour et par personne. • En chambre single (1 personne), en pension complète, 90 € par jour et par personne. • Séjour, hébergement, PDJ, Diner. • En chambre double (2 personnes), en demi pension, 65 € par jour et par personne. • En chambre single (1 personne), en demi pension, 80 € par jour et par personne. • Pour les accompagnantes, accompagnants, moins 10 € sur ces prix journée. • Compris dans ces tarifs. • Hébergement, Restauration, accès à la piscine, à la plage, aux différentes activités proposées par la JJIF, en fonction des différents statuts des participants. • Accès aux navettes de l’organisation pour les trajets aéroport/Hôtel et Hôtel/Salle d’entrainement et de compétition.

14. Price for stays • Stay, accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner. In double room (2 persons), full Board: 75 € per day and per person. • Single room (1 person), full Board, 90 € per day and per person. • Stay, accommodation, breakfast, dinner. In double room (2 persons), half board: 65 € per day and per person. • Single room (1 person), half board: 80€ per day and per person. For accompanying, companions, less 10 € on the day prices. • Included in these rates: • Accommodation, catering, access to the pool, to the beach, to the different activities proposed by the JJIF, depending on the different statuses of the participants. • Access to the shuttles of the Organization for the routes and Airport/Hotel and Hotel-room for training and competition.

15. Les Objectifs de la Convention • Les Amis, notre développement s’accélère, le développement des Unions continentales est de la JJIF est en marche. • Nos activités éducatives et sportives intéressent de plus en plus les Institutions de tutelle, les différentes Institutions en charge de l’éducation, de la sécurité, de la protection des personnes et des biens, les médias, les différents publics… • Nos Dirigeants et nos Professeurs, Entraineurs sont actifs et performants • La concurrence est importante et bien organisée. • Le présent nous appartient, il est beau et bon. • Le futur est entre de bonnes mains, les vôtres, il dépendra de notre capacité à évoluer, à professionnaliser nos organisations, à nous développer quantitativement et qualitativement . • L’organisation de cette première Convention internationale, proposée par notre Président et souhaitée par vous tous , à notre dernière Assemblée générale, doit nous permettre, de capitaliser les compétences, les idées, les forces de chacune et chacun d’entre nous. Ainsi le JUJITSU deviendra un art martial et un sport avec un rayonnement universel, leader dans le monde des arts martiaux et des sports de combat.

The objectives of the Convention • Friends, our development accelerates, the development of continental Unions is of the JJIF is running. • Our educational and sports activities interest increasingly guardianship institutions, the Institutions in charge of education, security, the protection of persons and property, the media, different audiences... • Our leaders and our teachers, coaches are active and effective competition is important and well organized. • The present belongs to us, it is beautiful and good. • The future is in good hands, yours, it will depend on our ability to evolve, to professionalize our organisations, to grow both quantitatively and qualitatively. • The Organization of the first International Convention, proposed by our President and desired by you all, at our last General Assembly, must allow us to capitalize on the skills, ideas, each and every one of US forces. • Thus the JUJITSU will become a martial art and a sport with a universal radiation, leader in the world of martial arts and combat sports.
