  1. HOW TO LEAD A HEALTHY LIFE? Everybody wants to be fit and healthy. But few of them make an effort to incorporate healthy lifestyle habits in their day to day lives. The fresh your food, the better your health. Processed fast foods or packaged foods are mixed with preservatives or additives to increase their shelf life. The high levels of sugar and sodium in these foods have disastrous effects like diabetes, blood pressure, obesity, etc. With great food habits and exercise, you will be able to lead a healthy lifestyle. To live a healthy life ou body needs a constant flow of vitamins and minerals. A rich diet food with fruits and vegetables gives your body those necessary nutrients. Each veggie and fruit has its significance in providing the necessary nutrients and minerals. Foods rich in antioxidants like the bright yellow oranges, red tomatoes, berries, dark green leafy vegetables, beets, etc should be incorporated in your day to day life. These foods help from free radical damage. If you are bored of eating plain cooked vegetable then you can make healthy salads or blend fruits to smoothies. Generally, children show long faces to these healthy foods. So to control their hunger try to include​​homemade healthy snacks​ in between their meals. These healthy snacks restrict children from eating outside food and control their appetite.
