  5. DAY 3: SAN JUAN • Take a walking tour of Old San Juan:San Jose Church • La Fortaleza • San Juan Bay • Capitol Building • San Juan Cathedral, site of the tomb of Ponce de Leon

  6. DAY 3: SAN JUAN Visit El MorroThe oldest Spanish fortification in the Caribbean • Depart for Ponce

  7. DAY 4: PONCE • Take a guided sightseeing tour of Ponce:Trolley ride through downtown • Plaza Las Delicias • Parque de Bombas • 100-foot La Cruz del Vigia • Castillo Serralles

  8. DAY 4: PONCE Visit the Ponce History MuseumContinue to La Parguera

  9. DAY 4: PONCE • Take a boat tour of Phosphorescent Bay:Illuminating microscopic marine plankton that give the bay its glow

  10. DAY 5: LA PARGUERA • Enjoy a snorkeling excursionVisit the Tibes Indian Ceremonial Center:The largest pre-Columbian Ceremonial Center in the West Indies • 32-acre park with stone plazas, walkways and petroglyphs • Reconstruction of a Taino Indian village and indigenous crops
