YES NO These services are EXEMPT from competitive bidding; governing statute is: AR 19-11-801:807. The district considers Consultants in this category. Formal Bidding required: An RFP or IFB is prepared by Procurement NO Is purchase expected To be greater than $10,000? YES Informal Bidding required: Quotes are obtained by Procurement Open Market Purchase: No bidding required Is purchase expected to be greater than $5,000 but less than $10,000? NO YES Selection is via Negotiation and based on qualifications of vendors. Sourcing Is obtained from either: 1. RFQ (Request for Qualifications; OR 2. Vendor application on File AS OF 7/06
