  6. Hat day on thursday Hat day stickers will be sold at all lunches as well as Thursday a.m. in mrs. Mattern and mrs. Thornton’s room. Hat day will happen on Thursday with ugly sweater day. Proceeds will benefit efa scholarship fund and the gsa peace prom.

  7. Oh yeah – pie in the face Who would you like to throw a pie in the face to at the pep Assembly? Mr. Dompreh, Mr. klee Mr. Morningstar,, Mr. Young, Mr. Russel, Mr. Belill, Coach Clingman, Mrs. Thornton, Mrs. Ellsworth, Mrs. Hunt, Mrs. Giese, Ms. Mathews, or Ms. Moul?? Tickets are 25 cents each & are on sale from the sophomore class during lunches. The top 3 vote-getters will be tasting pie on their face on Friday!!!

  8. Sophomore Class shirts $10.00 each and are on sale at all three lunches.

  9. Homecoming dance - tickets The homecoming dance is Saturday from 7:30 pm – 10:30 pm. Tickets will be sold for $10 during all three lunches of homecoming week & at the door. Student id is required to enter. See you there!

  10. Homecoming football tickets On sale TOday - Friday in athletic office 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 P.m. & 2:15 P.m. 3:00 P.m. Price per student ticket - $2.50 Price per adult ticket - $5.00 All tickets at the gate Friday will be $5.00 Cavaliers vs powers chargers 7:00 p.m.

  11. Spirit wear If you ordered spirit wear from mr.faculak, you may pick up your order from him on Thursday. Also, grey spirit wear available in the athletic office. T-shirts are $15 and hoodies are $25. Limited supply.

  12. msa The muslim student association will meet THURSDAY after school at 2:30 pm in mr.stewart’s classroom, room 126.

  13. Astronomy aficionados Attention astronomy aficionados: c-a’s newest club is forming! If you like stars, planets and the night sky, or want to learn to use a telescope, come to our first meeting. It will be held this Thursday at 2:30 in the physics lab, room 303.

  14. College/military visits Permission slips for college visits are available in the guidance office & must be turned in prior to the visit. Thurs. oct. 10 – 5th hour – oakland university

  15. Msu on site October 21st – 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Must have applied to msu By appointment only See mrs. White in the guidance office for an appointment time and for more information.

  16. Psat test For: College bound juniors planning on going to a 4-year university. Why: Opportunity to earn a national merit scholarship, corporate scholarship, college sponsored scholarship. When: Wednesday, october 16th Where: c-a hs Cost: $14.00 (must be cash) Sign-up: in the guidance office by oct. 14th - only 25 slots available. See mr.fitzko for more info.

  17. Seniors applying for u of M-AA Deadline for early action for u of m is november 1st. Request recommendation letters now. The application must be complete (application submitted, letters of recommendations, transcript, essay, act scores).
