  1. I’m Not Crazy (Acts 25:13-26:32)

  2. Beware of men, for they will deliver you over to courts and flog you in their synagogues, 18 and you will be dragged before governors and kings for my sake, to bear witness before them and the Gentiles. 19 When they deliver you over, do not be anxious how you are to speak or what you are to say, for what you are to say will be given to you in that hour. Matthew 10:17-19

  3. “I have lived as a Pharisee” Five “I” Phrases

  4. “I have lived as a Pharisee” • “I saw…a light” Five “I” Phrases

  5. So then, the law was our guardian until Christ came, in order that we might be justified by faith. Galatians 3:24

  6. “I have lived as a Pharisee” • “I saw…a light” • “I heard a voice” Five “I” Phrases

  7. For as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, so also the Son gives life to whom he will. 22 The Father judges no one, but has given all judgment to the Son, 23 that all may honor the Son, just as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent him. 24 Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has… John 5:21-25

  8. …eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life. 25 “Truly, truly, I say to you, an hour is coming, and is now here, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live. John 5:21-25

  9. …because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Romans 10:9-10

  10. And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled only to those who are perishing. 4 In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. 5 For what we proclaim is not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, with ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake. 6 For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. 2 Corinthians 4:3-6

  11. “I have lived as a Pharisee” • “I saw…a light” • “I heard a voice” • “I was not disobedient” Five “I” Phrases

  12. 20 And immediately he proclaimed Jesus in the synagogues, saying, “He is the Son of God.” 23 When many days had passed, the Jews plotted to kill him Acts 9:20 & 23

  13. But I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God. Acts 20:24

  14. “I have lived as a Pharisee” • “I saw…a light” • “I heard a voice” • “I was not disobedient” • “I continue unto this day” Five “I” Phrases

  15. But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace toward me was not in vain. On the contrary, I worked harder than any of them, though it was not I, but the grace of God that is with me. 1 Corinthians 15:10

  16. …and also to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, performing deeds in keeping with their repentance. Acts 26:20

  17. …to open their eyes, so that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.’ Acts 26:18

  18. Turning from sin and going in another way also means “turning to God.” Christianity is not just negative. It is not just “sin not” or “abandon your current lifestyle.” Christianity is positive. It means finding righteousness and a new life in Christ. This new life is not only different but better. It is a life lived in and with God. Boice

  19. For if we are beside ourselves, it is for God; if we are in our right mind, it is for you. 1 Corinthians 5:13

  20. I love to tell the story of unseen things above, Of Jesus and His glory, of Jesus and His love.
