  4. Personal Profile I am a willing and quick learner and have a lot of transferable skills which I have gained throughout my working and personal life. I have a friendly and outgoing personality and I enjoy meeting new people. I am honest hardworking and prepared to go that extra mile for those that I care about and work for.

Employment Profile As can be seen from my Work History I have a great deal of experience working with people with Special Needs, listening to them and acting on their behalf to ensure that they get the best possible care. I am honest hardworking and reliable, prepared to learn new skills that will enhance my employability which will have a roll on effect for the company that I work for and the clients under my care. I have a great deal of experience working, discussing and negotiating with senior management and those in authority and not afraid to speak my mind. I am not afraid to make decisions and stand by them.

I also have a current clean driving license Hobbies and Interests I enjoy reading, listening to music and good films. Hill walking, cycling and running and I am a member of the local Harriers Club.
