WWW.TRADEKEY.COM TrustPoints system| 02 What are TrustPoints? • TrustPoints is a TradeKey.com points method to help verify the trustworthiness, identity, and legitimacy of a TradeKey.com member. • TrustPoints are rewarded based on a number of factors that determine how reliable a member may be. Greater the TrustPoints, greater the reliability. It is always recommended that you inquire thoroughly before making any dealings with buyers or sellers. • For example, GoldKey member with 30 Trust Points has been awarded the 30 Trust Points for providing unattested company certificates with the membership fee. Another GoldKey member with 3000 TrustPoints was awarded 3000 TrustPoints for submitting attested Company Registration Certificates or making a payment through the Company Bank Account. If disputes are filed, you should have them resolved as constructively and quickly as possible. • Provide your company registration documents attested by your local Chamber of Commerce and/or Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If a member has negative TrustPoints, that means dealing with this member is a high risk. It also shows this member is receiving negative feedbacks from their unsatisfied customers in past transactions. • A GoldKey Member has 30 TrustPoints. Can I deal safely with this member? • Always check the Trust Profile “Check Member Credibility of your business partner on TradeKey.com, to see how reliable they have been in past transactions. A higher number of TrustPoints in a company means the company has a better reputation for trade, but that doesn’t mean the profile is a 100% trusted member. You should always do your research on your potential business partner before finalizing any transaction. • What is the maximum number of TrustPoints a member can get? • The number of Trust Points a member can achieve is unlimited, depending upon the payment mode, business certificate and feedbacks of customers . There are may factors that a member can consider, which may vary from member to member. On page 3, it is discussed in detail • What does TrustPoints not do? • Although TrustPoints are rewarded to a member based on the above-mentioned factors, conditions and/or status of a member may change over time without notice.
