Model 466_666 MAINTEINANCE Thorough and regular cleaning, in accordance with the working conditions, is recommended. The gauges are fitted with two bleed cap that allows the thorough cleaning of crystallisationsand sediments by introducing a rod with a maximum diameter of 7 mm. In the event of a leak in the watertight areas, tighten the seal gland nut again. If the leaks persist, replace the graphite rings while the level indicator box is out of service.
Model 466_666 DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY • 1. Disassembly • To replace de graphite rings or clean any of the internal components of de valve, proceed in the following manner : • Remove the nut , the washer, and release the lever. • Loosen the seal gland nut, and remove it through the axle together with the seal gland. • Using pliers, remove the remains of the old graphite rings and replace them with new ones.
Model 466_666 DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY • 2. Assembly • Put the seal gland, and the seal gland nut, back in place and tighten with a flat spanner. • Put the lever, the washer, and the nut, back in place and tighten.
