Azulcocha Mine • The company has signed an agreement to explore with Glencore of Switzerland on the western portion of the Azulcocha project • While a modular mill is being permitted, Vena is selling ore from the underground workings of the Azulcocha zinc mine at market rates. • A 50 tpd pilot plant will be onsite as of May 2007 • Drilling program underway to confirm historical resource of 3.2 million tons of mineralization. • Production level to reach 500 tons per day by end of 2007. • 54,000 meter geophysics program underway in Azulcocha West area TSX-V: VEM | Lima: VEM | Germany: V1R Azulcocha Mine

Precious Metals Huachon Project Inca Gold Project Las Princesas Project The favourable interpretation of geophysical and geochemical data suggests that Las Princesas hosts two zones of potencially high gold-bearing areas similar in structure to Barrick’s neighbouring Alto Chicama gold mine. In Central Peru, near the established mining district of "Cerro de Pasco". Huachon lies in the southern extension of the NW trending regional structure, which hosts the Poderosa, Marsa and Horizonte Mines. • 8 projects 22,500 Ha. • H.S. and L.S. zones. • Within structural corridor of Yanacocha, Alto Chicama and Pierina. Uranium • Vena signed a Letter of Intent with Cameco Corporation to establish a jointly-owned company to explore and develop Vena´s Uranium assets in Peru. • The new company will explore 3 regions where Vena has a presence equivalent to 47,500 hectares. • CAMECO has the option to invest $10 million over the next four years in two stage payments to obtain up to 50% of MINERGIA, a Vena subsidiary that controls the Uranium claims in Peru. • IPEN estimated a potential resource of 200,000 tons of Uranium mineralization with grades ranging from 0.2% to 12% U3O8. (not 43-101 compliant) • Historical IPEN data claims 30,000 tons of U3O8 in Macusani alone (not 43-101 complaint) TSX-V: VEM | Lima: VEM | Germany: V1R Uranium
