TREASURER’S REPORT – Wendy Martinez INCOME NOVEMBER 2014 Fun Run, Hospitality, School Store $ 10,761.91 EXPENSES NOVEMBER 2014 SCHOOL STORE INVENTORY, HOSPITALITY,SOS SUPPLIES, CHALLENGE LAB, $ 2,280.80 ENDING BANK BALANCE 12/8/14 CHECKING $ 54,220.87 Upcoming expenses: Mini Grants, Carnival Expenses, Sales Taxes LTE PTA Membership Meeting

TREASURER’S REPORT (continued) • Federal Taxes were filed for tax year July 1, 2013 - June 30, 2014 and a copy was presented for the boards information and file retention. • Discussed the need for a professional tax preparer to file next federal tax report at the end of this fiscal year. • Contact Janene Angulo if you are interested in Treasurer position.   7. REPORT OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD- Janene Angulo, President • Executive Board met on November 18th - quorum present • Actions taken not requiring further action of membership: • Approved purchase of Gaga Ball Pit ($520) for the playground as a gift to the school. LTE PTA Membership Meeting

REPORT OF STANDING COMMITTEES Hospitality – Joanna Hess • December Hospitality – “SHOP THE MARKET” Wednesday, December 17th • Calling all bakers… • Can you help provide holiday treats that teachers can take home and enjoy with their families. • Bring your goodies, packaged in to-go containers, to the front office by noon on Wednesday, December 17. • Teachers will “shop the market” after school Wednesday. REPORT OF STANDING COMMITTEES Programs – Carrie Suh LTE Talent Show is February 27th • Applications will be sent home after the holidays • Applications due by January 20 • Auditions after school Wed & Thurs, February 4th & 5th If you would like to volunteer your time and/or talents to help our talented LTE children shine, please contact Carrie Suh, csuh31@yahoo.com.
