How do you get started? • Your CA Account Team / Business Manager will introduce the CA MPS offering to you and will invite you to participate • Your CA Business Manager will work with you to collect the required information and will help to finalize any pricing and contractual agreements • Upon contract signature, you will need to initiate the generation of your CA MPS Package by logging an issue by phone or CA Support Online • The CA MPS Team will contact you within 2 weeks of when you logged your issue to let you know when you will receive your CA MPS package delivery
