  2. Materials: • Lab group of 4 • 4 Worksheets • Beans • 3 Cups • Colorful Wrapping Paper • Colored Pencils • Lab Handout

  3. Step 1: Assign Roles Predator Game Warden

  4. Step 2: Spread out Wrapping Paper (habitat)

  5. Step 3: Count 25 of each Bean (Prey) - Record

  6. Step 4: Game Warden spread prey on habitat – Predators look away

  7. Step 4: Make sure prey is evenly spread

  8. Step 5: Each Predator Obtain Cup

  9. Step 6: Predators Pick up 25 pieces of prey

  10. Step 7: Put Prey in Cup

  11. Step 8: Game Warden count remaining prey - Record

  12. Step 9: Game Warden simulate reproduction

  13. Repeat activity 2 more times Count Spread Reproduce Eat 25
