  3. 促约分享 促约细节：因为冰冰现在行动较不便，且客户住比较远，平时会用保持一定的电话联系，营销部有送个性化杯子，冰冰就抓住这个服务的机会，她没有先告诉客户送杯子，就加了客户的QQ，然后从QQ空间中选了客户的照片做成个性化杯子利用周末的时间送给客户，客户说真的很惊喜，从来没有人送过这个东西给他们家。而且之前买其他公司的保险也没有这样的服务。所以客户当下就很感动。然后就问了冰冰买的保险的问题。冰冰帮他们家做完保单汇整后，再跟客户做建议。在拜访第三次就签单了。
