Walkin ’ Wildcat Walk-a-Thon!. 6 th Annual Fundraising Event September 26 th – September 30 th. September 30 th , 2011. The big event for the fundraiser takes place on Friday September 24 th . We will have KCLD here to help us complete the big day in style with some walking music.

  1. Walkin’ Wildcat Walk-a-Thon! 6thAnnual Fundraising Event September 26th – September 30th

  2. September30th, 2011 • The big event for the fundraiser takes place on Friday September 24th. • We will have KCLD here to help us complete the big day in style with some walking music. • Our goal is to beat last year’s total of $23,000!

  3. How do I do it? • The more money you raise, the longer you get to walk on the track. • Bring money into your home base teacher each morning. • Money can be turned in starting next Monday up until the actual day of the event.

  4. How do I know How long I can walk? • Colored Wristbands: • All School $0.00-$5.00 9:00-9:30 • Orange $6.00-$10.00 9:00-10:00 • Blue $11.00-$25.00 9:00-11:00 • Green $26.00-$40.00 9:00-12:00 • Black $41.00-$60.00 9:00-1:00 • Yellow $61.00-Over 9:00-2:00 **MUST HAVE A WRISTBAND ON TO WALK!

  5. WEATHER • Plan for the weather: • Sunscreen • Tennis Shoes • Warm Clothing

  6. What’s the Money going towards • Agendas • Books • Field Trips • New Technology in the Building • Many other cool things that your teachers can request!

  7. What’s in it for you? • Prizes Include: • Top 3 students in each grade will take a ride for lunch to Space Aliens. • Top 3 students school-wide earn Crossroads gift cards. • iPods • Bikes • Restaurant Gift Cards • Tickets to Sporting Events • Walkin’ Wildcat T-Shirt to Anyone That Raises Over $60.00! • Many, Many, More!!!

  8. New incentives this year!!! • Dunk the Teacher! • ALL students that raise over $60.00 will have the opportunity to dunk their favorite teacher in the dunk tank. Every Hour = New Teachers (You only get 1 opportunity, so pick the right teacher!) • Minute to Win It! • Any student that raises over $60.00 will be in the drawing for a chance to win great prizes during a Minute to Win It game.
