You should bring the milk to a gentle heat or simmer. Step 2: While the milk is getting prepared, you should take 3 tablespoons of milk at room temperature in a separate small bowl and add 3 tablespoons of custard powder. Stir the mixture very well to make a smooth paste without any lumps.
