  3. Purpose of Work Produce a one-hour documentary to educate the public on the benefits of green technology homes. Green Inc.

  4. Definitions of terms and conditions: - To be determined. Independent Contractor: - Contractor will perform as independent contractor. Green Inc.

  6. Notices - All notices and communications must be done so in writing, and delivered via email, fax or mail. Other personnel issues All personnel changes must be notified in writing. Contractor must notify the Owner if subcontractors or temporary staff are hired. Contractor, not owner, is obliged to subcontractor or temporary staff. Contractor must agree to sign confidentiality agreements. Green Inc.

  7. Statement of Work Scope of Work - Contractor to deliver raw footage and one hour edited footage. - One full business day for filming. - Content to be agreed with Owner: Areas the house Script in layman's terms - Footage to be delivered in HDV format, within three weeks of filming. - Effect date: May 30th, 2007. Green Inc.

  8. Scope of Service Contractor is responsible for filming and editing. Contractor is not responsible for marketing. Owner retains rights to publish and marketing documentary with no restrictions. Green Inc.
